I don’t seem to be receiving my Ask A Question messages.
If you feel you are not correctly receiving messages from potential new students via the Ask a Question tool on your profile, there are a few ways you can double check!
Check your email junk or spam folders
Often times, if you have not received a TakeLessons email, it is because it was filtered out into a spam or junk folder. Several email providers, such as Yahoo, Hotmail, or AOL, tend to filter our messages more than others.

If you have happened to miss the 72 hour window to respond to a question, you can also view the closed messages from the app.
