How should I handle a Reschedule Request?

Accept or Decline

Students can submit a request for a lesson to be rescheduled through their TakeLessons account. Once a student has submitted this request, you will be notified through your account.

To accept the request, click the green Accept button. This will automatically add their requested time to your calendar. 

To decline the request, click the red Decline button. As a best practice, you should contact the student as soon as possible to suggest an alternative time slot. 

Expert Tip: Reference the "Your Month at a Glance" calendar to ensure that the date and time requested is available.
