What should I do if my student doesn't show up for 3+ lessons in a row?

If one of your TakeLessons students is consistently missing lessons without notifying you first, please contact us via the Help form in the lower right corner on any page of your account to request assistance. Our team should respond within 3 business days to assist you in trying to get a hold of the student to figure out what is going on and the best course of action. 

NOTE: If a student is missing lessons, please make sure to mark their class within 72 hours of the scheduled lesson date so that they are being notified of their missed lesson status within a timely manner. When a student has missed three consecutive lessons, our support team is automatically notified to reach out to the student regarding their schedule.
